No more than $20.00 is charged as fee and any local law enforcement agency may provide you with the Cobb County criminal records information that you need. The required information when you make your request include subjects full name, including first, last, and middle name, race, sex, and date of birth.

The page that appears once you click on that link allows you to search for Cobb County criminal records by name, by case number, by offense type, or by pleading type. Remember that the Clerk Superior Court provides only information about criminal court records. These are different from Cobb County criminal records of arrest although most of the information they contain are based on the report field by the arresting agency.
