The State of Michigan keeps several different major repositories of information on criminal records. Most of these sources of information deal mostly with Michigan convictions. There are other types of criminal records that do not necessarily result in convictions. And for this reason, the sources listed below may not contain all the information you want on Michigan criminal records.
