At the time of the request, you would need to provide the subjects full name, race, sex, and date of birth.

How can you obtain Georgia criminal records from GCIC for employment, licensing, or visa (travel) purposes?
There are several reasons why anyone would want to get copies of Georgia criminal records. One of the obvious reasons is employment. There are also fee requirements involved when getting copies of Georgia criminal records. Each request costs $15.00 payable by certified check or money order to the Georgia Crime Information Center. The same is required of individuals who are requesting their own Georgia criminal records. Thus, individuals who require fingerprint checks on themselves for employment, licensing, or visa purposes, must also submit fingerprint cards and a $15.00 fee.
