Spokane County Criminal RecordsThe central repository for criminal history information in Washington State is the State Patrol. You can use this state database of criminal history information in your search for Spokane County criminal records. All information, including Spokane County criminal records, stored in the Washington state database is based on fingerprint reports filed by local law enforcement groups and criminal justice agencies. This means that criminal history record information (CHRI) you find in the central repository are those reports that are accompanied by fingerprint cards.
