However, the information that will be provided for such a request may be limited in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act.

The required information in order to get the desired information includes the subjects full name, race, sex, and date of birth. Full access to State of Georgia criminal records is afforded to you if you obtained the individuals consent.
For what purpose is State of Georgia Criminal Records?
